What you'll do...
Your responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap: Set ambitious 10x growth goals, prioritize initiatives, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Deeply understand our customers: Conduct user research, analyze data, and uncover insights to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Optimize the end to end funnel: Increase engagement, add to cart rate, & conversion strategies that maximize perfect orders and retention.
- Champion innovation: Experiment with new features, optimize product offerings, and explore strategic investments that have the biggest reach and value.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, business operations, and other teams to deliver impactful results.
- Measure and evangelize success: Track key metrics, communicate progress, and build enthusiasm for the program's achievements.

Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area and 3+ years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
