Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling products and/or services, developing new accounts, and/or expanding existing accounts
- Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted Black Knight products and/or services
- Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts
- Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence
- Prepares and presents proposals to clients - utilizing Black Knight resources and tools
- Negotiates, structures, and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations and Black Knight ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise
- Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies
- Meets sales goals and objectives
- May have resource management responsibilities
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- 7+ years
- Experience selling MLS platform SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of Black Knight’s products, services and capabilities
- Strong knowledge of MLS solutions preferably Paragon
- Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements
- Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
- Ability to travel up to 50 %
Base Salary Range for Illinois
The expected base salary for this role, if located in Illinois, is between $80,000 - 140,000. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s rewarding and uncapped sales commission incentives. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
