Role Description

Day to Day Responsibilities include:

• Creating omni-channel marketing and targeting strategies tohit shared goals for US Consumer lending
• Make data driven recommendations using statistical and non-statistical tools to develop targeting strategies – covering all channels, new to market and cross sell to existing cards and bank customers.
• Collaborate with functional teams from Product, Marketing, Risk, and technology
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for program recommendations
• Retrieve data and conduct data driven industry leading analytics utilizing various analytical tools, software, and techniques.
• Utilize statistical and segmentation tools to develop targeting strategies
• Understand all the drivers of financials and the underlying consumer behaviors that drive those financials. Be able to articulate these to cross functional partners.
• Support the execution priorities of Lending analytics team
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective project management. Create, update, and track project plans for multiple deliverable
• Design tests and learn agenda with business partners & identify marketing efficiency improvement opportunities

• Cross functional leadership (communication and influencing) to drive towards common goal
• The incumbent will leverage industry best practices, navigate and leverage internal relationships and become the key point of contact to ensure delivery and adoption
• Ensure robust quantity control in the analytical processes

Domain Skills

• (Required) Experience in financial services
• (

  Experience in installment loan products

Education and Experience:

• (Preferred)
  Post Graduate in – Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Econometrics, Management Science and related fields
• 6-10 years of experience in business analytics
• (Required) Working knowledge of technical skills: Python, Hadoop, Hive
• (preferred) Working knowledge on digital data
