Description and Requirements

• Execute follow-up on inbound leads with urgency, while continually and creatively finding paths into companies via outbound prospecting
• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to establish a dialogue with new prospects via various channels: phone, email, LinkedIn messaging, and LinkedIn Videos
• Embrace ongoing enablement and training, both driven by our BMC experts as well as by your own efforts to better understand the technology industry and the verticals we serve
• Exhibit authentic curiosity and coachability in everything you do
• Integrate learnings from your previous professional experience into building a thriving tech sales career
• Share successful best practices across a diverse, global Digital Sales Team
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
• Exposure to a technical selling environment or previous business development/sales experience
• You possess natural business acumen, are curious by nature, and are a resilient, creative problem solver
• The ability to be a strong storyteller with examples of previous unique achievements
• Exposure to core technical business tools such as Microsoft Suite with CRM and other rev tech tools being a bonus – technical curiosity is a MUST
• The discipline, grit, and resilience to commit to consistent prospecting best practices
