In this role, you will:
Market analysis and research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs across various geographies and market segments
Growth strategy development : Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop transformation and market expansion strategies, including new product or service offerings, and partnerships.
Data-driven decision making : Leverage data and analytics to measure market potential, assess the impact of strategic initiatives, and adjust plans based on performance metrics and insights.
Customer segmentation: Define and refine target customer segments to maximize engagement and growth, ensuring WF’s offerings are tailored to meet the unique needs of each group
Oversight and execution : Work closely across CSBB to implement and monitor growth tactics, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Competitive intelligence : Keep a close eye on industry trends, competitor moves, and disruptive technologies that may affect WF’s trajectory and offer insights on how to stay ahead
Reporting and communications : Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of growth initiatives, market opportunities, and key performance indicators
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in market strategy, business development, or related roles within the financial services industry
Deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive strategic decisions
Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and ideas to diverse audiences
Experience in project management, strategic planning, and execution of cross-functional initiatives
A collaborative mindset, with a proven track record of working effectively across teams and functions
Strong understanding of banking products and services, customer behavior, and market dynamics
Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Job Expectations:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Pay Range:
New York City, New York: $120,400- $ 287,600annual base salary
Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job.
