What you’ll do
As a Renewal Business Partner, you will closely collaborate with Sales, Local Commercial colleagues, Pricing, Legal, Booking, Compliance and Revenue Recognition teams across APJ and Greater China supporting renewal cloud business.
Your main tasks will be:
- Reviewing deals: Ensuring completeness and accuracy of quotations submitted by Customer Renewal Executives
- Supporting quote approval process: Guiding internal customers on approval requirements, ensuring deals which are within scope are approved in proper manner and timelines according to SAP policies and guidelines.
- Contract drafting: Responsible for preparing contract documents from template and adding/drafting language for deal specifics,
- Act as a primary point of contact for Customer Renewal Center, answer queries from internal customers and build long-term business relationships,
- Accommodate quarter-end and year-end deadlines and respond to spikes in workload,
- Supporting projects aiming process improvements, automation, standardization, and efficiency increase.
