• Ability to lead complex technical and data science discussions and engagements that involve multiple personas including data scientists, dataengineers, analystsand developers

• Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent products and programs from delivering on product andprogram objectives.Balance urgent and effective action, commitment to excellence, and taking initiative to resolve problems; holds internal stakeholders accountable where appropriate

• Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner

• Develops loyalty and commitment in others by communicating clearexpectations, developingand mentoring direct reports, and setting an example in one’s own behavior.

What do you need to bring:

·Masters / bachelor’s in computer science, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Information Systems, or related disciplines, with technical expertise in one or more of the above-mentioned areas or equivalent practical experience.

·Solid track record of over-achieving engineering and platform delivery and scaling targets in high volume, innovative and fast-paced high-pressure environment; proven results in delivery on platform product

·Global mindset with ability to think about culture, language, and other aspects when putting the customer at the centreof all outcomes.

·Working experience in data& AI/ML field,including new and emerging technologies in Machine Learning/Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Big Data.

·Working experience with Agile methodologies and durable team concepts

·12+ years’ experience in software development with 5+ years experiences as a people manager.

·Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across multiple domains

·Strong strategic planning and organizational skills; ability to build and lead a team across geographically distributed locations

·Passion for leading and developing direct reports; providing guidance, consultation, and opportunities towards improving their professional skill set

·Excellent time management skills with ability to manage a large, diverse set of to-do’s– vigorously prioritize, stay on top of multiple workstreams, monitor progress,hold owners accountable

·Communication style motivated by brevity and purposeful outcomes with experience interfacing with executives
