What you'll do:

As member of our SAP BTP Multi Channel delivery & DC Buildout team, you will ...

• develop, document, and establish a concept for KT on deployment and operations of BTP in sovereign, restricted or private cloud environments.
• collaborate closely with SAP learnings and BTP development to create standard trainings.
• verify hands-on the completeness and usability of existing BTP operations documentation with BTP UA development, identify gaps and make it customer ready.
• educate and support our sovereign and private cloud stakeholders and third-party operators in operating SAP BTP services in sovereign and private cloud environments.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of professional experience in development architecture, product management or cloud-native development with cloud technologies like Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, containers and various hyperscaler APIs.
• Hands-on expertise in creation of KT materials for customers like presentations, videos, rollout materials.
• Knowledge of BTP installation and operations processes on major hyperscalers as AWS, Azure, GCP and related tools.
• Exposure to at least one major BTP software component (e.g., Foundation, Gardener, HANA Cloud, SAC, etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with proven track of design and solution of challenging technical problems.
• Willingness to learn innovative technologies and adapt to team requirements.
• Fluency both written and spoken in English and German.
