What you’ll do
Leadership & Strategy
Lead and develop Issuer Services Analytics EMEA team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Contribute to and implement the strategic roadmap for Global Issuer Analytics delivery and innovation, and act as a thought leader and SME for Structured Finance reporting and analytics within Citi’s Issuer Services EMEA cluster.
Client & Deal Oversight
Oversee client onboarding and transaction execution processes, ensuring high-quality delivery of reporting and modelling services.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, trustees, arrangers, lawyers, and servicers, and act as a senior escalation point for complex client requirements or legal/structural considerations in ABS/RMBS transactions.
Provide expertise and support to other regional clusters as required.
Data, Reporting & Technology
Oversee the development and maintenance of structured finance models and reporting tools.
Champion the use of data analytics, standardisation, and automation to drive process efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with Citi Technology and 3rd party vendors to evaluate, implement, troubleshoot, and enhance systems.
Risk, Control & Governance
Ensure team adherence to operational and regulatory risk policies, including data governance and reporting standards.
Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through proactive identification and mitigation of risks.
What we’ll need from you
Extensive experience (7+ years preferred) in ABS/RMBS Structured Finance Analytics, and a strong understanding of corporate trust, legal documentation, and structured finance waterfall modelling.
Undergraduate degree in finance or a relevant quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, computer science, or engineering is highly desirable; MBA or advanced software certification is a plus.
Strong technical skill, preferably with Excel SQL, Python, Tableau, ETL tools, etc.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop diverse, high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience liaising at senior levels (both internal and external).
Commercial mindset with an ability to balance delivery, risk, and strategic growth.
