About the role:
This Principal Finance Analyst is a key role within Global Supply Chain Finance and provides support and guidance to the Global Sterilization Organization. The selected candidate will be the Finance Leader for the Sterilization site in Coventry, RI and will also be the Finance Business Partner for the Global Sterilization Function.
Your responsibilities will include:
Site Finance Leader, Coventry R.I. Sterilization
- Ensure that there is awareness and adherence to all relevant Financial Policies and Controls.
- Month-End Close and Reporting,including journal entries, variance analysis, account reconciliations and business commentary.
- Provide Finance Support to Site Leadership for all Forecasting Cycles including:
- Quarterly Forecasts
- Annual Operating Plan
- Multi-Year Strategic Plan
- Provide financial analysis and guidance for Capital Expenditure.
- Drive continuous improvement of business and financial processes. Evaluate and track Value Improvement Initiatives.
Corporate Sterilization Cost Centers & Projects
- Perform all aspects of the monthly financial close for Corporate Admin Cost Centersincluding journal entries, variance analysis, and business commentary.
- Provide Finance support to the Global Sterilization Project Team, including cost planning & reporting.
Global Sterilization
- The successful applicant will work closely with the Hiring Manager to provide finance support to the Senior Global Sterilization Leaders.
- Working as a team, we will drive strategy setting, ensure action plan alignment, monitor execution, and analyse results. Some key tasks to achieve this aim include:
- Validating Global Ster Volume projections by Site and Cycle
- Collaborating with each In-House and External Ster provider to ensure a clear understanding of business risks and opportunities
- Setting Annual Standard Costs for Sterilization and communicating to the manufacturing sites
- Support the decision-making process through multi-year Strategic Planning and Scenario Modelling based on an understanding of the business processes and key financial inputs
- Provide Global Sterilization Inputs for the Global Supply Chain Network Model as required.
Global Supply Chain Distribution Costs and Other SG&A
- Perform other tasks as necessary to support the Finance Team in standard processes and ad-hoc projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including supporting Operations Leadership.
- Experience in Cost Management and Control.

- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet critical financial deadlines.
