In this role you will be responsible with a team of international colleagues to drive operational excellence in cost, service, compliance and sustainability. You analyze trends, present findings and start improvement projects. You make sure that projects are aligned with the company goals and that they are finished within the agreed budget and timelines. You connect effectively with partners & stakeholders in other departments to drive project’s deliverables forward and find solutions.

Project content varies from rolling out new modes to reduce carbon footprint, to improving container utilization or standardization of operational processes with various stakeholders.

How you’ll spend your day

• Project Execution: Drive excellent project execution, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Continuous Improvement (CI): Champion CI initiatives and standardize best practices based on business knowledge and data-driven analytics
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear communication about changes and fostering collaboration
• Analyzing processes and standards and translating them to simple graphics to support improvement within logistics processes and standardization


Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
• More than 5 years’ experience (ideally 6-10 years) experience in Logistics, Supply chain or consultancy
• Experience in pharmaceuticals is an advantage
• Excellent communicator: able to inform, collaborate and convince at several organizational levels
• Certificates in Project Management, Scrum or Lean is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense and Power Query)
• Change management: effective approach to dealing with transition in processes and helping people adapt to change
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint to visualize data in a clear management message
• Working disciplined and structured
• Excellent written and spoken English
