What you'll do...

Responsibilities:

  • Define long-term vision and create product strategy for People Products, leveraging internal and external best practices and standards to drive decision making.

  • Lead with a builder’s mindset and deliver on product roadmap by identifying associates' needs, gathering and documenting requirements, overseeing the development of products by other associates, collecting and analyzing customer, product data, turning insights into actionable priorities and initiatives, defining user and business acceptance criteria and roll out strategy, managing risks and dependencies, and prioritizing product backlog.

  • Deliver innovative solutions by partnering with business, user experience, engineering, analytics, and design teams and gaining buy-in from executive-level leadership.

  • Move fast in an agile and iterative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in defining product strategy and building customer-facing product experiences.

  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on understanding the 'why' before discussing the 'what' and 'how'.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to collaborate effectively with many stakeholder groups.

  • Data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Experience bringing zero-to-one products to market.

  • Ability to engage at a detailed level across key stakeholders including product, strategy, analytics, and engineering.

  • Experience working with UX designers to create intuitive experiences.

  • Skilled at engaging and communicating with executives across multiple domains, both internal and external.

  • Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
