be doing:

• Collaborate effectively with Engineering Program Mgmt. teams to understand build requirements for new products supporting bring-up boards for validation and qualification.Support the engineers’requests on material transition,samplesdelivery, deviationrelease.

• Manage build schedule shortagesimpactingCTB (clear to build) and work with materials support teamon materials supply risk mitigation.

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams includingGCM, engineering, manufacturing, to ensure alignment on NPI material requirements and build timelines. Use data analytics toidentifyand address potential roadblocks or challenges.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NPI supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Find opportunities to streamline processes, reduce lead times, and improve overall supply chain performance.

• Proactivelyidentifyand mitigate supply risks using data analytics.Develop data-driven contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies to minimize the impact of potential disruptions.

• Manage consigned material demand in ERP system and follow through with internal teams to ensure consigned materials readiness to schedule, manage theconsignedinventorywithaccurateallocationand excessdisposition.

• Monitor BOM changes and ensure all changes areidentifiedand loaded accurately throughMRP/SAP system.

• Consolidateresults and provide updates to cross functional teams on material status for all assigned NPI builds. Run review meetings with internal (engineering and operations) and external teams (CMs) to align build schedules.

• Prepare and communicate critical Materials availability updates to cross functional leadership teams;maintainexecutive reports and summaries, providingaccurateandtimelydata to leadership on agreed cadence.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, IE, supply chain or Business preferred, with 8+ years most recent experience in materials management, production planning, or supply chainmanagement.

• Experience with ERP/MRP demand planning and forecasting tools, rich experience on different commodities including EE, Mech, Interconnector etc. along with strong understanding of NPI processes and supply chain dynamics.

• Experience working with BOM in OEM/CM environmentrequired.

• Project skills and experience on AI-driven tools design/ development as business user is a strong plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proven experience in materials planning or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech industry.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analytics tools and advanced Excel skills.
