As a Project Administrative Coordinator, you will be a part of the largest and most diverse technical solutions provider in the world, and you will directly have a hand in helping to lay the foundation for human progress.

Located in our Tempe, AZ office, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services in our People and Places Solutions business. You’ll be accountable for:

  • Meeting minutes, travel bookings, coordination with team, distributing submittals, contractor coordination, full support to PM and team
  • Maintaining and tracking databases, preparing reports, budgets, and financials
  • Occasionally assist the sales team with various tasks regarding project acquisition tasks/documents and department enrichment activities

Your strong organization, ability to multi-task, and ability to communicate with staff at all levels – both verbally and in writing - will help us meet our client's objectives and continually perform above and beyond expectations.

Here's what you'll need
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated practical experience with administrative duties
  • Must be able to work independently within prescribed limits with minimal supervision
  • Advanced level computer skills in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint , MS Teams & SharePoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be local to Tempe, AZ, or surrounding area, and able to work in the office 5 days per week

Ideally You'll Also Have:

  • Proficiency in English both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail and technical editing skills
  • A natural ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Must work well under pressure with quick assignment turnarounds
  • Must be willing and able to support more than one manager within the same department at the same time
