What you'll do...
- Lead the design, implementation, and execution of a respective business unit’s HR strategy and overall HR program delivery, spanning organization design, talent and workforce plans, and all company and business unit HR objectives.
- Drive the organization and HR Business Partner team towards a culture of excellence, prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure employees feel engaged and inspired to deliver business results in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Translate company-wide objectives and initiatives into approaches that are tailored to the specific needs of the respective business unit, technical leaders and employees.
- Create and implement change management strategies. Co-design new organization structures that maximize organizational effectiveness and support the delivery of Ford+.
- Partner with operations to develop strategic workforce plans that align the workforce with business needs. Work with the appropriate stakeholders to drive the execution of the workforce strategy.
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
- 8+ years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Relations or a related field.
