Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in applying US GAAP standards to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and procedures.
Experience in public accounting, including leading audits of financial statements for public companies.
Ability to handle a varied and diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze and interpret ASC 606 guidance to ensure accurate business reporting.
Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities, in an ambiguous and evolving area of scope.
