Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in applying US GAAP standards to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and procedures.
- Experience in public accounting, including leading audits of financial statements for public companies.
- Ability to handle a varied and diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and interpret ASC 606 guidance to ensure accurate business reporting.
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities, in an ambiguous and evolving area of scope.
