In joining Jacobs you will:

• Support Jacobs Stakeholder Manager in translating stakeholder wishes into formal and legally binding requirements.

• Build effective relationships both internally and externally to balance the requirements of the Client.

• Work with other stakeholder team members to help draft concise requirements.

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with Jacobs long-term goals.

• Conduct meetings and dialogues with external stakeholders to understand their priorities and where Jacobs can make a difference.

• Develop tailored communication plans for different stakeholder groups.

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes of conduct and industry standards.

Here's what you'll need

• BS degree in a Management or Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.

• 5 years professional experience in stakeholder engagement.

• Discipline specific professional registration preferred (PMP, PMI, ICE, RICS).

• Experience working on large-scale programs.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Aconex, and other relevant software.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Previous project management experience on international airfield projects.

• Strong communications, both verbal and written.

• Ability to brief senior leadership.

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management position within a large organization.

• Problem solver experienced with clearly identifying problems, evaluating alternative solutions, assessing risks, and making sound recommendations to decision makers.
