JOB DESCRIPTION



Providing exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues on time;

• Manage up to 10 -15 calls per day and timely processing of service request from the case queues and assigning cases to the technicians;

• Ability to handle calls from international customers AMER /AP/EMEA region;

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategies;

• Provide support to customers for all inquiries.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Passionate about customer service, with a professional, telephone manner and a confident personality;

• Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish;

• Preferred minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a customer services environment with proven record of delivering exceptional
levels of service;

• Ability to build relationships quickly and use this skill to ensure customers get exceptional service;

• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
