As an SAP Controller for BAC Engineering Americas, you'll learn to become a Business Unit Controller. You will learn the basics, building a foundation for your career journey in Controlling. You will learn to manage and lend your expertise in driving financial clarity across various dimensions of the organization, ensuring compliance and financial sustainability. The right team player for this role brings a want to learn, a passion for operational excellence, great attention to detail, ability to work others and an ability to connect with people across the organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in spreadsheet modeling, particularly Microsoft Excel (including Analytics for Office and/or Macros) and PowerPoint.

Your tasks will include:

  • Assist with business unit controlling activities by supporting business unit Controllers who drive regular FP&A processes ensuring orderly financial operations within the Engineering Business Units.
  • Provide financial transparency that leads to thorough decision support for the business units.
  • Undertake robust business analysis, to provide actionable insight for our business partners aimed at achieving financial targets.
  • Actively coordinate with stakeholders across various business units and SAP
  • Assist in business models and cases.
  • Be a team player, building collaborative relationships and acting as part of One Team

What you bring

To succeed in this role, you require a unique blend of skills:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification, preferably concentrating on finance and controlling.
  • Experience in finance, accounting and financial planning - particularly in performing financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Experience with SAP applications such as ISP, I4P, BW, SAC is preferred.
  • Excellent command over English, both in written and spoken form.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
