In this role,

As an Intern your key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver virtual onboarding experience to new hires and support in person experiences in Brazil.
• Work on other topics focused on theemployeeonboarding journey.
• Activelyparticipateand support a design thinking process to redefine onboarding for our newly promoted and newly hiredmanagers.
• Ensure content maintenance and streamline governance process for hundreds of pieces of contentmaintainedby supportingteams.
• Opportunities to develop capabilities andin-depth knowledge in Success Factors Onboarding 2.0, Success Factors Learning, Success FactorsWork Zoneand Microsoft Power Automate
