Your Impact
- Strategic Business Support: Partner with Unit 42 leadership to drive growth and operational excellence by leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and align with corporate objectives.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Lead predictive modeling efforts such as pipeline analysis, deal inspection, and account reviews to ensure accuracy and alignment with growth strategies.
- Annual Planning: Oversee organizational design, territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Business Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and actionable insights; deliver executive-level presentations that influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
- Performance Tracking: Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to provide transparency into key metrics and enable data-driven decisions.
- Incentive Program Design: Collaborate with leadership to design incentive programs that align with business goals and motivate performance.
- Executive level Business Reviews: Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to identify growth opportunities, remove blockers, and measure progress against strategic objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams, customer success managers, and program leads to implement new initiatives; measure their effectiveness using analytics to optimize ROI.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine workflows through automation and innovation to improve efficiency across GTM operations.
Your Experience
- Proficiency in various analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Tableau) and cloud-based platforms. Familiarity with programming languages, data processing techniques, and forecasting models is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights; experience building models or frameworks for decision-making is desirable.
- Proven experience in data analytics, strategy, planning, or operations roles; SaaS or subscription-based business model experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and connected planning tools (e.g., Pigment) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with other teams.
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a matrixed organization; comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $127,000 - $205,500/YR.
