About the Role

This role calls for a combination of analytics and ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced environment.

What you'll need:

  1. Strategic Ownership: Help develop and implement fraud and risk strategy to achieve business priorities in South Cone
  2. Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret specific operational and financial metrics to improve execution
  3. Problem Solving: Understand risks and opportunities and generate practical recommendations that consider the business context and restrictions of issues
  4. Process Optimization: Implement core analyses and processes, ensuring they run efficiently
  5. Product Improvement: Understand opportunities for improvements or new features to enhance our marketplace, measure their impact, and help to implement them
  6. Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholders
  7. Work closely with the territory teams of Chile & APU to understand the needs to provide a healthy marketplace for the communities we serve.
  8. Build, operate and manage the right set of global tools and features considering the nature and needs of our region.
  9. Work with Central Ops teams to create a magical user experience through a reliable platform with a robust pricing strategy that ensures competitive prices for riders and attractive earnings for earners.

What you'll do:

  1. 1 to 2 years of experience in Business, Strategy, Data Analysis, Operations.
  2. SQL advanced is a must, will be evaluated in a technical interview - Data analytics skills are needed
  3. Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities
