Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and manage E2E payments flow monitoring based observability solutions, including metricidentification\validation,centralizing in ITRS similar systems & visualizing in Grafana dashboards.
- Ability to report issues to appropriate technology and business teams while adhering to service level agreements expected.
- Write and manage complex queries and alert definitions.
- Bridge the gap between Operations/ L2 / Monitoring and Investigation team and SRE operations.
- Configure and manage monitoring, alerts, and observability using a range of tools including e.g., New Relic, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana.
- Implement log aggregation and analysis tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Splunk).
- Establish design patterns for monitoring and benchmarking.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an Application Support role.
- Desirable experience on monitoring tools such as GENEOS ITRS or AppDynamics with collecting interface like ELK Stack, Splunk.
- Programming and Scripting knowledge like Python, Power Shell, Bash.
- Ability to plan and organize workload.
- Required hands on tech expertise on UNIX and SQL
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
