Administrative support in the organization of medical events such as medical webinars and congresses – processing documentation, preparing contracts, invitation letters, collecting post-event documentation, processing invoices, etc.
Purchase orders management – submitting requests received from sales and marketing teams, making sure that orders are processed in accordance with the company's internal policies.
Promotional, Educational, Sales Support and Training materials submission and tracking
Management of marketing materials & demo devices stored in an external warehouse.
Assist in various duties as needed.
Your profile:
You are still at University studying a Masters Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or related area
You are Fluent in English, other European language will be a plus
You are available at least 30h weekly
Good interpersonal skills and reliability are part of your soft skills
You are excellent in planning and organizing
You present proactive attitude
You are also self-motivated and have a creative mindset
Good knowledge of Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, Teams etc.)
