About the role:

As the DE&I Talent Management Principal Specialist, you'll bridge the gap between DE&I and Talent Management, integrating diversity and inclusion within our international schemes and procedures. The role requires a self-starter who is detail-oriented and skilled in project management, who is passionate about culture change, committed to excellence, and has skills to build relationships across a complex network of global stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with learning program owners to ensure DE&I is embedded into the learning strategy and objectives.
  • Creating the DE&I learning strategy with input from the DE&I team to ensure learning assets support the emerging and ongoing needs of the business.
  • Providing advice and counsel to stakeholders looking for learning solutions and developing scalable global DE&I learning solutions.
  • Designing and developing a suite of learning solutions by collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Identifying external programs, resources, and vendors that specifically meet learning & development needs and working with vendors to provide quality cost-effective solutions.
  • Identifying and qualifying instructors and facilitators, both internal and external, and continually evaluating instructor effectiveness.
  • Leading, managing, and/or supporting the initial roll-out of new programs and the sustained forecasting and delivery of programs to meet business needs.
  • Working with systems to document training and training records, and leading, managing, or supporting the development and use of reports in support of audits and metric reporting.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of learning programs and ensuring effective alignment of DE&I programs with other development programs, identifying and addressing overlaps and gaps.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of learning design and development experience with some focus on DE&I training or equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • DE&I learning strategy and solutions: The candidate should be able to create the DE&I learning strategy with input from DE&I team and design and develop scalable global DE&I learning solutions by collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Program management and vendor relations: The candidate should be able to lead, manage, and/or support the initial roll-out and sustained delivery of learning programs, identify and qualify instructors and facilitators, and work with vendors to provide quality cost-effective solutions.
  • Data analysis and reporting: The candidate should be able to use metrics and data to support decision making, measure the effectiveness of learning programs, and ensure alignment of DE&I programs with other development programs.
  • Technology skills The candidate should be comfortable using technology and have a keen interest and curiosity to learn new AI technologies, skilled in the use of Microsoft Windows applications. LMS (learning management system) and/or LXP (learning experience platform) experience is a plus.
  • Communication skills: The Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the workplace.
  • Organizational skills and collaboration skills: The candidate should be able to organize and prioritize own work, manage several projects and activities while delivering results, work independently with broad guidelines and minimal guidance, and collaborate with a global perspective.
