What You’ll Do

  • Define & Execute Marketing Strategy

    • Deliver consumer-targeted brand and acquisition campaigns that accelerate growth and deepen engagement.

  • Lead Integrated Marketing Programs

  • Drive Strategic Partnerships

    • Identify, negotiate, and scale key partnerships across financial services, media, sports, and lifestyle sectors.

    • Develop co-marketing programs that enhance brand equity and consumer relevance.

  • Build & Inspire High-Performing Teams

    • Mentor senior managers and ensure strong qualitative narrative and quantitative insights.

    • Operational leadership in budgeting, KPI setting, and performance governance categories.

  • Activate Go-To-Market Readiness

    • Collaborate deeply with product, UX, Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Analytics to ensure GTM launch readiness.

    • Navigate complex organizational structures to drive alignment and speed.

What You Bring

  • Fintech Expertise:15+ years marketing in fintech, digital payments, or financial services. Demonstrated ability to launch and scale innovative consumer products.

  • Organizational Savvy:Experience influencing stakeholders across complex, matrixed environments.

  • Data-Driven Judgement:Strong in both qualitative audience understanding and quantitative ROI, A/B, and attribution analysis.

  • Execution Excellence:Proven track record delivering high-impact campaigns at speed and scale.

  • Brand Building Prowess:Skilled storyteller, adept at shaping and activating brand voice across channels.

  • Partnership Leadership:History of building strategic alliances and formal co-marketing programs with external brands.

  • Team Mentor:Experience hiring, leading, and elevating marketing teams to deliver excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent from top-tier institution

  • Prior leadership in performance marketing or brand marketing roles

  • Experience in payments, digital wallets, BNPL, or consumer financial services

The US national annual pay range for this role is $188,000 to $323,950
