In this position, you will focuson building the best software products for our vehicle registration anddelivery activities. In doing so, we apply a high degree of automation toexchange information with various European vehicle registration and tax authorities.You collaborate with various external stakeholders and internal programmanagers, coordinate the collective product roadmap and are co-responsible forthe technical design and implementation plan.

• Design and lead the development of cross-functional projectsand products
• Provide improvement recommendations based on best practicesand industry standards, continuously monitor the latest trends to informcurrent decisions.
• Ensure consistency and quality of projects and use adata-driven approach leading to the identification of clear problem statementsand the implementation of potential solutions
• Be the team's point of contact for technical decisions andremove obstacles
• Prioritize contrasting needs based on the needs of thecompany/customer.
• Handle multiple projects and tasks in parallel.
• Guide your stakeholders in defining and delivering clearrequirements.

• At least five years of Product Management experience inmanaging, designing, and building high scalable systems
• Experience with European vehicle regulations andhomologation certification and services is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of software design, testing practices,and software analysis.
• Excellent knowledge in the latest backend web stack: .NETcore, C#, and Angular or React.
• Strong experience with stream- and event processingframeworks, i.e., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ and knowledge of SQL andNoSQL databases, i.e., MongoDB, MySQL, or MSSQL
• Must be proficient user in Jira, Confluence and Git.
• Some degree of flexibility is desired as different teamswork in different time zones.
