More specifically the tasks and responsibilities include:

• Daily business organization, allocation of tasks and coordination of team members
• Managing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting process on USGAAP basis
• Making sure reconciliations and journals are compliant with group policies
• Responsible for timely completion and accuracy of key processes and reporting resonsibilities
• Managing standardisation of processes and tasks in reporting team
• Responsibility for the initial set-up and carve-in of all record-to-report accounting activities in GBS
• Communication and close cooperation with local and global accounting teams
• Coordination of SOX and ICFR compliance for all entities, creating awareness on SOX and ICFR controls
• Support and cooperation with internal, external audit and SOX team
• Support and lead of complex and international projects and ad-hoc reporting
• Support systems implementation and modification of existing system
• Process documentation and certification - ensuring that all processes are appropriately documented and periodically certified by team members
• KPIs - responsible for monitoring GBS reporting KPIs for designated entity and improving if needed

• University education in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of  complex accounting experience
• Strong change management, communication and influencing skills
• Hands-on and proactive; strong organizational skills
• Results driven and service oriented to internal and external customers
• Ability to delegate and track tasks within the team
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Flexible and able to work in a changing environment
