the Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager for BizApps, you will be at the forefront of driving our go-to-market strategies. In this role, you will build and drive strategy, sales enablement, and execution of Pre-sales and post-sales Programs to grow our Low-Code and Copilot Studio business. Your ability to track success criteria and performance metrics will be crucial in driving impactful outcomes. You will be working with emergent technology that requires simplifying complex concepts. You’ll excel at creating alignment across teams, removing roadblocks, and ensuring seamless execution


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND multiple years of experience in field profuct marketing marketing or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience
Responsibilities

Overall, you will take defined and ambiguous problems, break them down into key priorities based on desired outcomes, build plans to address the prioritized motions, execute the plan with precision and report on progress. You will collaborate and influence stakeholders from a number of key areas within Microsoft including the Global Partners Solutions organization (GPS), Central Marketing Organization (CMO), Area Sales teams, Regional and Worldwide teams (e.g. engineering and marketing) to both drive change in our business as well as drive success with the following key responsibilities:


Leverages knowledge of utilization targets to identify areas of strength and strategies to support areas of improvement.

Builds and drives program strategy to support Security license utilization.
Aligns and disseminates program best practices to enable successful performance across groups.

Partners with sales to land field enablement accountability.

Appropriately activates the partner ecosystem to enable and drive results. Identifies failure points and orchestrates resources to mitigate.
