Support education initiatives aimed at helping local teams improve their digital marketing skills and knowledge.
Contribute to creating materials and organizing sessions that foster knowledge-sharing and build expertise.
Work closely with Central and Zone teams to learn how to align strategies with operational processes and performance goals.
Collaborate with content creators, data analysts, and process leaders to understand how various functions contribute to successful digital campaigns.
Foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Exposure to multi-channel marketing strategies and tools like ML and AI.
Skills in campaign planning, audience targeting, and customer journey mapping.
Understanding of how digital marketing and lead management drive business results in a B2B context.
Mentorship and support from experienced marketing professionals.
Interest in and passion for digital marketing, with a desire to learn and grow skills in this field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as social media, email campaigns, and websites (prior coursework, internships, or self-study in marketing is a plus).
Willingness to learn and use digital marketing tools and technologies, with an openness to experimenting with new tools like Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Marketo.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Proactive and eager to take initiative in supporting projects and solving problems.
Analytical mindset, with curiosity about understanding data and how it can drive better decision-making.
Organized and detail-oriented, with a desire to develop project management skills.
