Description:
As a Marketing Delivery Associate in the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Performance Marketing Automation team, you will develop, implement and maintain automation solutions, test scenarios, test plans, and test cases used to drive efficiency and effectiveness within quality control validation and other marketing processes. You will be responsible for understanding underlying processes, researching available solutions, and implementing automation solutions that may eventually also be implemented within strategic applications. You will be expected to continuously provide and meet high quality standards with an eye for detail to ensure automations solutions are efficient, effective and are implemented within control standards. In this fast paced, dynamic environment you will have the opportunity to partner with many stakeholders across multiple lines of business, as well as other execution teams. Your responsibilities will also involve performing other testing related duties as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with business owners within the Marketing Ops, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the functions and processes.
- Develop a robust automation roadmap, define key objectives and results for the projects to be defined.
- Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation – job aids/procedures to assure quality of the scripts/modules to be developed.
- Work with appropriate business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for results and performance.
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all validation objects developed and test environments used.
- Creation & maintenance of the job aids & procedures associated with the regulatory and compliance standards applicable for the Performance Marketing organization.
- Strive to build smart automated solutions, that can be implemented within strategic applications or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools in future.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in process/test automation
- Project management experience and hands-on experience in both waterfall and Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) models
- Strong hands on experience in programming languages - Java, Python, Java scripting, and VB scripting
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Exposure to robotics automation frameworks is a plus
- Knowledge & experience on JIRA/Workfront tool is preferred
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to drive efficient and effective collaboration with stakeholders, partners, and project and functional teams.
