quired/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 10+ years experience in experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, performance management)
    • OR Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 8+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management)
    • OR equivalent experience.

or Preferred Qualifications

  • in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recruiting, HR generalist,talent management,compensation/stock, and/or organization development preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with a wide network of clients across Human Resourcesglobally
  • Effective communicationand project management skills, ability to perform in an environment of ambiguity and influence decisions and implementation across the Microsoft organization and acquisition entities, as well as the ability to positivelyrepresentMicrosoft.

HR Business Partnership IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
