Responsibilities- Design and develop significant technology initiatives end to end from conception to delivery and across multiple layers of product and architecture
- Ensure the highest standards for engineering design, implementation, and testing
- Collaborate closely with peers, cross-functional teams and business units to define, prioritize, sequence and scope business and functional requirements and drive results forward for Intuit
- Accurately scope effort, identify risks and clearly communicate trade-offs with team members and other stakeholders
- Stay aware of industry trends and make technology choices and strategic decisions
- Mentor engineers on technology, process, people, and product skills
- Ship high quality products and features with an end-to-end mindset from conception to delivery and production support, owning specifications, quality, release deployments and monitoring of production health
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on Workday, ServiceNow and Avature capabilities by leveraging deep technical and analytical capabilities, the creativity of a solution architect, and the process orientation of a functional expert.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday, ServiceNow and Avature best practices and partner with functional, engineering teams, and stakeholders to design solutions ensuring all workstreams are cohesive and cross-functional/technical impacts are considered and mitigated.
- Ensure implemented technology meets the transactional, reporting, and analytical needs of our businesses. As appropriate, work with data engineering teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of data in the workforce data lake.
