Manage publishing, moderation, and continuous engagement on relevant social platforms, following global social media guidelines
Support the brand team in content production for owned channels and partner platforms
Align global launch plans with local/regional needs, ensuring seamless storytelling across digital platforms
Engage with the community actively and responsibly across owned and partner channels
Optimize all published content through tagging, linking, and implementation of new social media technologies
Identify relevant discussions and engagement opportunities in the social media landscape
Oversee and manage the editorial calendar for product categories, ensuring a continuous consumer journey across channels
Select and curate market content to maintain the highest quality of brand communications
Draft global publications and coordinate with Digital, PR, and Campaign Leads for campaign amplification
Develop initiatives that reinforce the brand's personality and voice within the industry
Partner with the Digital Analytics team to measure social media impact and refine strategies based on insights
Attend brand events throughout the year to support multi-platform content production
Participate in category team meetings to share analyses and key insights
Monitor relevant sports and cultural moments to create reactive content for the brand’s social media
KNOWLEDGE NEEDED
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
Experience in brand communication and execution of marketing campaigns
Solid background in content and multi-platform communication management, with a focus on digital and multimedia PR
Ability to implement strategic campaigns in the social media landscape
Expertise in social media management, moderation, and analytics
Natural storytelling and visual communication skills
Deep understanding of the digital landscape and social media channels
Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect different teams and areas
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Postgraduate degree (desirable)
Experience in brand communication, digital media, and PR
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent English (interviews will be conducted in English)
Basic Spanish (desirable)
