Coordinate the creation and adaptation of marketing toolkits for individual markets within the CEE region.
Ensure toolkits align with global and regional standards and are effectively localized to meet the specific needs of each market.
Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to gather relevant inputs and feedback.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of adapted toolkits and continuously improve them.
Strategic Content Marketing Management (30%):
Develop and implement content marketing strategies within local markets.
Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in content marketing.
Collaborate with creative agencies to develop high-quality and relevant content that supports marketing goals and increases customer engagement.
Analyze the results of content campaigns and optimize strategies based on the gathered data.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, or related fields, preferably in an international environment.
Proven experience in the creation and adaptation of marketing materials and toolkits.
Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Czech, and advanced proficiency in English (additional CEE languages are an advantage).
Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at both regional and global levels.
