- Improve ad relevance and ad safety: Develop machine learning and natural language processing solutions to understand a user’s search intent, protect users from offensive and low quality experiences, and predicts ads that maximize user satisfaction.- Own the Product Roadmap: Own the roadmap, establish the key performance indicators, define priorities, and drive progress for developing new signals, features, embeddings, and machine learning models to improve ad retrieval and predictions.- Develop Actionable Insights: Analyze data to uncover trends and build the intelligence that powers our advertising platform and inform our product roadmaps.- Define and Drive Features: Articulate product enhancements through clear requirements documents, detailed diagrams, and effective communication, guiding engineering teams to successful implementation.
  • 3+ years of technical product management experience with at least one entire product development cycle from concept to launch
  • Experience with machine learning systems and prediction models
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities including proficiency with SQL
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate product vision, product strategy and requirements to engineers and internal business partners
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders to define and drive product strategy and roadmap
  • Ability to build durable relationships, influence without authority, sell concepts internally, and actively drive decision-making across organizations
  • Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability, and able to work efficiently to make continued progress on multiple priorities
  • BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Machine Learning or other relevant field
  • 5+ years of technical product management experience with at least one entire product development cycle from concept to launch
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning systems, prediction models, and advertising platforms
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities including proficiency with SQL and Python
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Machine Learning or other relevant field
