As a Program Manager Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Performing Business Continuity Program tasks, governance, and oversight, including facilitating business impact analysis, conducting risk assessments, enacting remediation plans and more
• Coordinating the annual update and review of business continuity plans, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand critical business processes and ensure that disaster recovery/business continuity plans align with business needs
• Assisting business units to develop Continuity & Recovery Plans
• Creating & Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders
• Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations to senior management/executive leadership on the status of this program

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of risk management, business continuity principles, best practices and methodologies
• Have proven experience in developing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Have an exceptional understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, and how they relate to business processes.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Demonstrate capability to manage complex programs and projects across multiple functions
• • Have the ability to participate in compliance and customer audits
