We're looking for an
Vilnius.

• Develop and execute the HR Brand vision and internal communications strategy for the company that corresponds to the global MA strategy;
• Collaborate and synchronize with the team of administration in mutual projects and events;
• Create & deliver communication materials and campaigns according to the plan of events;
• Set creative concepts and partnership with event agencies in LT location;
• Manage budgets and data analysis of the brand department;
• Foster a positive company culture by creating artefacts, events and traditions;
• Manage both offline and online professional events - conferences and hackathons;
• Set goals for the HR brand department in LT location and develop close collaboration with the design department.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, ideally within an international matrix organization;
• Experience in end-to-end execution of large scale welfare activities and events;
• Proven involvement in startups or the IT industry;
• Fluent in English; Lithuanian is beneficial;
• Ability to coordinate multiple end-points;
• Quality keeper with a creative mindset;
• Strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution;
• Portfolio of projects, campaigns and events.
