Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in management consulting, advertising industry or game/apps marketing.
Understanding of digital and traditional media, online marketing and managing advertising budgets and campaigns.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to fluid environment with a focus on delivering results and finding innovative solutions along with excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and teamwork skills along with the ability to build relationships with C-level stakeholders.
