Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience with Media Buying (especially TV and YouTube), Video and TV planning process, brand building and YouTube Products.
- Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Effective organizational, communication and influencing skills, with robust narrative creation and presentation capabilities.
- Solid knowledge and experience in TV, Social Ads and Influencer Marketing, and knowledge of the competitive landscape (e.g. competing platforms).
- Experience with TV and/or social ads market, planning and measurement.
- Customer focus with solid tech and marketing background.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders/ C Level communication, lead cross-team collaborations, and influence on solutions to drive performance.
