Consumer Insights AI Platforms Manager
You are responsible for
- Manage the different Consumer Insights AI platforms on a daily basis, main point of contact for suppliers
- Support the development of strong use cases and best practices for different stakeholders in regions and businesses to create pull for the use of the AI enabled Consumer Insight platforms
- Combine data sources, connect the dots and share insights to broader audiences to drive consumer centricity within the organization
- Inspire and train colleagues on how to use the different Consumer Insights AI platforms and guide them in getting to strong and actionable insights
- Support the development of creating one simplified point of access for the different Consumer Insights AI tools & platforms to drive strong knowledge management enabling for faster, deeper insights at scale, potentially lowering the need for primary research
- Be thought leader in the area of AI enabled consumer insight generation, scouting for the latest AI solutions in Consumer Insights and experiment with relevant tools & platforms to ensure PH Insight Community and marketeers have access to best-in-class tools
- Strong collaboration with Consumer Insight in regions & BUs, MCoE, and marketing teams in BU and Regional teams
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a consumer-first attitude and the following
- At least 3- 7 years of relevant consumer / market research experience and relevant experience in the use of (AI) tools & platforms for consumer insights
- Proven skills in unearthing insights to drive strategy, identify market growth opportunities, trends, innovation & brand development
- Some experience to work with senior marketeers, senior business stakeholders and market representatives, understanding their language
- Being able to demonstrate fact-based decision making and learning attitude to understand business context
- Good collaboration and facilitation skills (e.g. facilitating workshops and trainings)
- Storytelling capabilities: able to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into a clear and concise story
- Clear business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and fact-based decision making
- Master degree in marketing, social science, business etc.
- Advanced Ms Office systems’ proficiency, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel; comfortable working with large sets of data.
