Developing and enhancing products – you will build capability and tool roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and stakeholder needs, identify market strategies, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives and manage the playbook for the Process Management discipline.
Defining vision and strategies for the Product Merchandising team, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, and designing initiatives to mature process discovery.
Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing initiatives, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
Building a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solution
Bachelor's degree required in computer systems/business process or related fields.
4+ years in product management, process engineering and/or emerging technologies.
4+ years’ experience managing business stakeholder relationships and analyzing business requirements to provide technology solutions.
Experience in Merchandising Capabilities and Retail Performance Metrics.
Experience in Agile Methodology and Product Management related certification preferred.
Strong experience in merchandising in an omni-channel global organization.
