- Deep understanding of user needs in the healthcare space to create messaging solutions that resonate with patients and providers
- Focus on automating messaging workflows with a good knowledge of SMS, email, voice, push notifications, in-app messaging, and emerging communication technologies
- Create detailed product requirements, message content, map patient journeys and identify messaging touchpoints that can improve engagement and support healthcare outcomes
- Design and conduct User Acceptance testing with QE teams
- Own product launches and monitor post-launch consumer engagement data to analyze campaign effectiveness
- Understand healthcare industry standards and terminology, especially in areas related to patient-provider communication and care coordination.
- Adhere to standard processes, compliance/security guidelines and best practices within the company
- Collaborate with product managers, and engineers to prioritize requirements in a rapidly changing environment and create product roadmaps
- Design, execute and analyze A/B tests to improve message relevance, delivery timing, and overall engagement.
- Manage day-to-day project execution with engineering teams and communicate project status and roadblocks on a regular basis to stakeholders

- You are a seasoned product owner who can operate independently, while collaborating effectively with business, engineering, UX design and other stakeholders
- You are comfortable influencing others , communicating clearly, leading teams, getting buy-in from leadership, and managing stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- You are excited about solving very complex challenges and can create structure amidst ambiguity. You can apply behavioral science principles to design messages that encourage positive health behaviors, such as medication adherence or follow-up care.
- You are scrappy but do not sacrifice on quality – you have a test-and-learn mentality and an agile way of working cross-functionally and collaboratively to improve your team’s products

You’ll make an impact by:
- Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
- Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
- Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
