REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively in both languages. Demonstrated business-level written proficiency in Chinese is required.
The successful candidate will also possess the following:- Ability to take initiative and work independently

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Serving as business partner and key collaborator to Chinese-language content executives.
- Providing clear, actionable, and strategic business and legal affairs advice.
- Deal structuring and contract drafting and negotiation in Chinese, with a focus on content licensing and acquisition and on original content development and production
- Conducting industry and territory-specific research
- Working cross-functionally to maintain alignment between departments
