We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help accelerate customer and partner growth at eero. You will drive multiple portions of the partner engagement lifecycle from helping to select which partnerships we pursue to identifying key product and business enhancements to drive partner satisfaction and eero network growth to helping to compile forecasts from partners. You will help to demonstrate eero devices to partners and handle in-country needs and issues for partners such as product training or order processing/support.
Key job responsibilities
Engage directly with C-level executives and key decision-makers to position eero as a strategic partner
You will help to support new relationships with internet providers, telcos, and distributors. You will act as a first line of local support as questions / issues arise with these partners.
You will contribute to the strategic development of features and functionality that deepen partner relationships.
You will analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities and execute on business development opportunities.
You will evaluate the economic cost-benefit of partnerships and develop best practices to foster, manage, and track opportunities.
- 12+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
- Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalents
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
