What you'll do...
This position will be within our Workstations Operations team to help support the Stores, Clubs and Home Office. They will help manage and drive operations and support for the current workstation environment as well as work closely with our Windows Engineering team to help upskill their knowledge base and help train our Workstation Operation techs.
- Manage day to day ticket Intake and issue trending for the product area
- Help deploy new Workstation OS technology including support and operations processes
- Lead and Implement Patching responsibilities for the Windows OS environment
- Create support documentation and process flows for Workstations L2 team
- Help create metrics, quality management, SLA, and ITSM standards
What you'll bring:

- Strong Windows 10/11 OS, troubleshooting experience
- Endpoint management experience
- Prior experience working with a ticketing system?
- Active Directory, sys config and group policy experience
- Mac OS support is nice to have
- IGEL thin client experience is nice to have

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 2 years’experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization-related technologies.
Option 2: 3 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization relatedtechnologies.
