Your main tasks:

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of the mechanical workshop at the Eschweiler site
• Introduction and implementation of modern maintenance strategies, taking into account company goals and structure
• Further development of the mechanical workshop in terms of TPM
• Ensuring timely execution of required inspections
• Strategic advancement of the mechanical workshop in areas like Lean and Six Sigma
• Responsibility for safety and health protection
• Participation in project work in collaboration with specialized departments and external companies
• Conducting and instigating risk assessments
• Creation of statistics and presentations
• Organization, supervision, and monitoring of external companies
• Adherence to safety, GMP, material, scheduling, and cost objectives

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in industrial mechanics with advanced training as a technician or master craftsman, or a comparable qualification
• Long-term experience in a manufacturing company in maintenance
• Experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of employees
• Proficiency with MS Office and good knowledge of AutoCAD, PLC programs, and SAP
• Good knowledge of GMP and ISO, as well as experience in project participation
• Good English skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a hands-on mentality and customer orientation
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and reliability
