As aLogistics Admin, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Provide clerical support for materials control, production control, and/or inventory control department.
• Assembles, verifies, and enters data, such as: promise dates, labor/machine hours, ship notices, make order dates and production data into the appropriate system such as the Corporate Order Management System.
• Checks information in various reports for accuracy, compares to online system and makes necessary adjustments to the appropriate system.
• Communicates on routine matters with multiple departments.
• Responsible for all miscellaneous duties as directed by the supervisor

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
• Manual skills and the ability to use keyboards or other equipment.
• Coordinating, communication, and basic mathematical skills.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Experience in amanufacturing/productionenvironment in a private, public, government or military environment
