Key job responsibilities
• Partner with local Amazon Specialist & Partner Organization (ASP), Industry Business Development, and AGS leaders to identify GTM priorities and develop commercial strategies that achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
• Lead the cross-functional engagement of ASP, Solutions, and Sales teams to identify local gaps in solutions portfolio, and to close those gaps by recruiting and launching local technology and consulting partners.
• Plan and execute targeted industry enablement in partnership with the World-Wide Field Enablement Industry Accreditation (WWFE) team. Provide data-driven, closed-loop feedback on areas for improvement and refresh content as needed.
• Activate enablement in the pipeline by owning outbound campaign to IBU and AGS field teams. Lead campaign development including creating campaign plans, target accounts lists, prospecting resources, sales motions, and campaign tracking dashboards. Coordinate campaign execution across partner, sales, marketing, enablement, and business development teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze pipeline and partner data for gaps and opportunities, and facilitate business reviews with field leaders.
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
