- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in technical engineering, experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for one of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment or 2+ years of architectural role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required, or 3 years of equivalent work experience
- Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead

- 5+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience as a technical account manager, consultant, solutions architect, platform engineer, systems engineer, cloud architect or in a similar role
